Clouds, Stars, and Balloons Kit

The complete kit includes (6) 23" high x 46" wide Clouds, (4) 22" high x 23" Large Stars, (1) 15" high x 16" Medium Star, (3) 10 1/2" high x 11" wide Small Stars, and Balloons to create blue, white, and gold balloon clusters. Secure the clouds to a covered wall at various heights or hang them from the ceiling for fun hanging decorations!
