How do I measure children for their gowns?
Measure the child from the top of their head to the ground while they are wearing shoes. Click here for more details.

What material are the caps and gowns made of?
Gowns are made from a high quality reusable non-shiny poly- cotton blend material and can be machine washed or dry-cleaned. Caps are made with the same high quality material, but because of the cardboard components inside they cannot be dry cleaned or machine washed.

Do I receive a FREE Diploma with each cap and gown set I order?
Yes, if your order is postmarked on or before March 31st, 2009, you will receive a FREE diploma of your choice. Click Here for Diploma samples. If complete 4 character Diploma Item # is not listed, you will receive a moving up certificate with each set ordered.

Is there a cost for Imprinting FREE Diplomas?
Yes. Promotion does not include the cost of imprinting. Please add $11.00 for each Item # imprinted. (i.e. If you are ordering 200 CA-KG, ADD $11 Diploma Cost)

How do I calculate Imprinting costs?
Item numbers calculate imprinting costs. There is an $11 imprinting fee for each different item # ordered. If you want to imprint 250 Preschool diplomas (MG-PS), 15 Kindergarten diplomas (MG-KG) and 200 Invitations (MG-INV-P), your imprinting cost would be $33. Quantity ordered DOES NOT affect price. To save on imprinting costs, you may want to order a 2-year supply.

What color are gown sets available in?
Caps and gowns are available in Red, White, Blue, Gold, Purple, Maroon, Dark Green, Kelly Green, Light Blue, Pink and Black.

Can we purchase our cap and gown sets with different colored tassels?
Yes, order any color gown set and any color tassel at no extra cost.

Can I use tassel with year date charm on cardboard caps?
No. Tassels with year date charms have different attachments and cannot be used with cardboard caps.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders arrive within 2 weeks from the date your order is received in our office.

Are express orders available?
Yes, in stock items can be shipped in 5 business days using our express service. Two Day Service is also available for in stock items. Email customerservice@rhymeuniversity.com or call 1-877- GRAD-SET (1-877-472-3738) for a quote. Exact order must be specified before a quote can be given. No Express Services available for custom color gown sets or custom screen printed orders.

Why do you need my email address?
Rhyme University does not share your email address with any 3rd parties. We email Fed Ex Shipping Confirmations and send out promotions to our valued customers.

What is the minimum for an on-line order?
$20 including S&H meaning the merchandise total must equal $8.05 or more. Smaller orders can be accepted, but they must be mailed in with a check.
